The Boston Bruins celebrate last night after Nathan Hortons OT goal to win the game and clinch the series in the very exciting game 7. The Bruins won 4-3 and it was an amazing game for all involved. The Bruins move onto face the Flyers in the second round while the Canadiens will be golfing Thursday morning.

The bruins and there fans are craving the chance to hoist the cup come june due to the fact they havent won since 1971-72.

2 Do or die game 7's on tonight

Tonight there are two key game 7's on the line. The first game is between the Flyers and Sabers.  The second is between the Bruins and Canadiens.  Both games are very important games for all of the teams playing for a berth into the second round.  They have both been very hard fought series and game 7 should be no different.

SHARKS WIN SHARKS WIN! & Lightning force game 7

Last night in game 6 of the best of 7 series the San Jose Sharks eliminated the Los Angeles Kings by winning 4-3 in ot.  The game winner was scroed by no other the San Jose's big gun, there captain, Joe Thorton.  The game was a very fluid game up and down the ice and bothb teams played great.  The kings put a tremendous effort in the series but  in the end it just wasnt enough to over power the second seeded sharks.

In the Eastern confrence the Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Pittsburg Penguins 4-2.  The win evend their best of 7 series 3 -3.  The game winner was scored by ex-penguin Ryan Malone on a beautiful break away slapshot.  Game 7 will be played on wednesday night in Pittsburg.
